Too Sparrows Online Return Policy

We want you to love your gear! If something isn't right with your order, we are here to help you get the perfect fit. You have 15 days from the date your item was delivered to request an exchange or a return.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.

  • Must have all original tags still attached.

  • Must be completely free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or distinct odors.

🚫 Strict Exclusions (Final Sale)

Because we offer specialized and limited-run inventory, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom & Personalized Gear: Any item that is custom-printed, embroidered, personalized, or custom-decorated to order.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items purchased on sale, or marked explicitly as "Final Sale."

  1. Returns for a Refund: If you want to request a refund back to your original payment method, a flat $9.00 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Scroll down to the footer of our website and click [Request a Return].

  2. Log in securely using the email address associated with your order (you will be sent a quick 6-digit verification code—no password required!).

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and submit your request.

  4. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step dropping instructions will be emailed straight to you.

Processing & Refund Timelines

Please allow 3–5 business days for our warehouse team to inspect your items once they arrive. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method automatically. Depending on your financial institution, card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to post to your account.
